I get to stay at home with them.
for a husband who makes it possible.
that he shares the same goals and priorities as me.
all of the growth opportunities I have in my life right now.

Life can't be all roses.
That's what I'm coming to a fuller understanding of, looking at the larger scale of things on more of a daily basis. Sometimes all we have is a dandelion in a yard full of weeds but we better learn to love and appreciate that dandelion.
I'm so thankful for the most incredible birthday ever. I have a feeling it will always be at the top of the list. 25 feels good.
I am thankful...
for my boys. They challenge me. They enrich my life. They teach me.
for my husband and his undying commitment to me and my flaws.
for good friends and babysitters. Especially the free ones...babysitters that is, all friends should be free;)
I get to go away for the weekend with my husband. I need it more now than I ever have. "Busy" has taken on a whole new meaning in my life.
that I have good counselors to depend on so I can get away for a few days.
that my sister is willing to watch my crazy boys so I can get away for a few days.

I am grateful for
the leaves falling outside my window.
the time I found to clean my floors yesterday.
the cute friendship L has with his cousin, Glitter.
the new formula the infant I am watching is on. Much happier baby.
how well L did at his soccer game on Monday. He has really grown this season and has loved it. I love watching him have little successes along the way.
my husbands business trip to be over today!

10-21-10 I'm grateful for...
a working dishwasher. That looks pretty snazzy in my kitchen, too.
the built in table in my new kitchen. The kids love eating at it. It makes a great place for the laptop to hang out and play me calming music.

the big window over my built in table and the beautiful fall view I'm looking at right now. I love watching trees on a good windy day.
that B didn't poop before I went and got him out of bed this morning. He was naked.
