It was more than time to get out of town

So we headed to BW's brothers house in Laguna Niguel. Those pictures don't really do it justice it's so absolutely beautiful there and their house is about 2 miles from the beach. When we left Thursday night it was probably around 110 and when we arrived there at 10pm it was 63 degrees. Talk about a little slice of heaven for the weekend. They haven't had to run their AC the whole summer because it's so beautiful! I've never in my life comfortably worn jeans outside except when we go there. If only I had a million dollars to spend on a house... dang. I was really sad when we had to leave yesterday but all good things have to end I guess. I really would live in a tent in their back yard if they would let me. On the way home we drove through a storm. It's so weird to me how in the desert you can see it coming.

I don't know why but the mountains looked so gorgeous through the storm. They didn't even look real to me but more like water color of shades of gray.

BL was so good the whole way there and back (6 hours there and 5 and some change back). I bought him two new toys that did a really good job of keeping him entertained. I got one of these and it kept him busy for about 4 hours! Here is a sneak peek of my cute baby in the back.
