I don't think it's quite possible to

love an OB more. Where has he been all my pregnant life? An awesome friend gave me a FABULOUS recommendation and boy am I glad I took it. I was waffling between sticking with my OB or switching so I could deliver at the hospital with the good NICU (should something go wrong). It was one of those things that makes you go, "Why didn't I do that a lot sooner???"

The new OB deals with high risk pregnancies a lot so he has a lot more options for me than the previous two. He's prescribed me a new med that has NO SIDE EFFECTS!! Hallelujah much? The goal is to hopefully get me off of complete bed rest so I can at least take care of BL. Did I already say I love this man? He also talked sports with BW. Does it get any better? Could I possibly ask any more rhetorical questions?

So there's been no change in my cervix, thank heavens. I was really shocked by that because BOY have I had a lot of contractions!! For now, things are going well. I will be elated if I can get to the point that I can take care of BL, even for part of the day. He was not so excited about leaving me again this morning. He didn't throw a fit or anything, he just wanted to hang on my legs and try to think of things to say to me so he could stay a little longer. It was definitely pulling at my heart. For now his brother takes priority and he will be glad of it when he has someone to play with.

Hopefully I'll be able to get on the other computer soon so I can dress up my posts with some pictures for you. For now I'm on the laptop and you'll just have to deal with it.

I have to add that I am so thankful for all the women who've been helping me out. We really have been so blessed. Last night my friend called and asked if she could bring dinner over. Um, yes please! It was more than enough for two dinners and boy was it tasty. It is amazing seeing all these great women give such selfless service. I will be forever grateful.
